How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide from Dubai (United Arab Emirates). After we receive payment, orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Typical transit times: Germany and EU 5–8 business days, rest of Europe 7–12 business days, worldwide 7–14 business days. Orders placed before 2pm GST on a business day typically ship the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you place the order. They depend on the destination country and shipment weight.
Do I have to pay customs or import VAT?
Shipments up to €150 goods value: we are registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. German VAT of 19% is collected at checkout and remitted monthly by us to the EU tax authority. No further charges are due on delivery. Shipments above €150: import VAT (19%) and, where applicable, customs duties are collected by the carrier from the recipient on delivery. Where we cover this for you (DDP shipping), the additional amount is shown separately at checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna (where available), and Apple Pay / Google Pay. All payments are processed using Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure 2). We do not store card numbers.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. The current status is also available in your account under "My orders".
How do I return an item?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and a model withdrawal form are available in our Withdrawal Policy. For returns from Germany and the EU we use an EU returns partner so you don't have to ship back to the UAE. The exact return address is sent by email after your withdrawal is confirmed.
